UPDATE: Wow that was fast. The process is starting. Like the line in the song from the Pretenders, "...hey, oh, way to go O -hi -o!" The two walleye fishing cheaters, Jacob Runyan and Chase Cominsky, were charged with 3 felonies and a misdemeanor.
